Terms and conditions for Detty December Fiesta!
GENERAL TERMS:
· We have a total of 7500 tickets to gift our customers from the 1st of November, 2024 to the 6th of January, 2025.
· Each ticket is valued at the rate of N50,000 per person.
· We have 4 tickets for customers who have made payments for 3 months subscription on any of our residential plans
· We have 8 tickets for customers who have made repeated subscriptions for 6 months consecutively.
1. The tickets available only grant you access to the Gardens, other social activities such as feeding and usage of safety gear at the Gardens do not apply.
2. Each bearer of this free ticket cannot transfer the ticket to another person.
3. Each bearer of this free ticket cannot redeem the ticket for cash.
4. Each bearer of this ticket cannot resell the ticket to another person.
5. The free ticket is to be used between the 1st of November, 2024, and the 6th of January, 2025.
6. Where the bearer of the ticket intends to do a drop-off and leave his or her ward on the premises of Giwa Gardens, he or she is to be responsible for providing for persons who will watch over the ward. FiberOne shall not assume liability for abandoned wards.
7. You are advised to ensure that your wards are not left unsupervised as there is a lot of targeted recreational activities for children.
8. Each Customer handpicked for this reward shall receive a unique Fiesta code which will enable access to Giwa Gardens
9. Registration and scheduling are confirmed via the link in the mail which will carry the unique Fiesta code.
10. By clicking this and participating in the Giwa Gardens Water Park free ticket campaign, you therefore have given FiberOne your consent to use your Image and videos for Brand amplification and publication.
11. There shall be onsite engagements with you from our team as a feedback session which will also the publicized on all our platforms.
12. New activation FOB tickets bought during the Fiesta is Non-refundable.
13. This offer is only applicable to LAGOS customers ONLY.
14. Customers are solely responsible to;
– Check their email for visit scheduling notifications – Schedule your visit to Giwa Gardens Water Park within the available dates.
FiberOne will not be liable for unused promo codes or failure to schedule visits. Only scheduled visits within the specified dates will be honoured.
SPECIFIC TERMS:
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.
2. CHANGES TO TERMS:
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on the Service. We will attempt to notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. USER CONDUCT:
You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not:
· Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
· Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
· Harass, abuse, or harm others.
· Distribute viruses or other harmful software.
· Engage in activities that disrupt the functioning of the Service or interfere with the experience of other users.

7. TERMINATION:
This is a Fiesta and will expire at the end of the Fiesta timeline.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. INDEMNITY:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
10. GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
These Terms, along with any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between Fiberone and you concerning your participation in this Fiesta.
