We are excited to announce the appointment of Adeyinka Isioye as the new Chief Customer Experience Officer at FiberOne Broadband Limited. With over a decade of diverse and rich experience across the Telecoms and Manufacturing Supply Chain/FMCG sectors, Adeyinka is a great addition to the FiberOne team.
Adeyinka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Ilorin. He has held various roles including Country Head of Performance, Planning & S&OP, Manager Country Order Fulfilment, Regional Customer Service Manager, and Regional Retail/CX Learning and Development Executive within the South Operations at a top firm.
He is a certified Customer Experience Specialist (CXSTM) from the Customer Experience University (CXU) and a member of the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA). Adeyinka is also Harvard Business School certified in Disruptive Strategy, with an Executive Leadership and Organizational Strategy course under his belt from Lagos Business School (LBS). He was nominated as one of the five CX practitioners of the year in the Kinetic Africa Customer Experience Awards (2017).
Adeyinka’s passion for Customer Experience, Organizational strategy, Digital Transformation, and Process and Operational efficiencies has positioned him as an asset in any organization. At FiberOne, he will lead the customer experience/customer service team, ensuring Sales and Customer experience excellence across Retail.
