- Emergency response procedures: Field Service Technicians were educated on how to respond effectively and promptly to emergency situations, such as accidents, natural disasters, or service disruptions.
- Safe working practices: The training emphasized the adoption of safe working practices to prevent accidents and injuries. This included proper handling of tools and equipment, adherence to established protocols, and regular equipment maintenance.
Company-wide Webinar:
In addition to the Field Service Technician training, FiberOne Broadband organized a webinar for all employees. The webinar aimed to ensure that safety awareness permeates throughout the entire organization, regardless of job role or department.
