What are the promotion dates?

How long will the water park be open for visit?
The water park will be open for visits from runs from December 13, 2025 to January 4, 2026.
What do new customers receive?
New customers who activate any FiberOne residential internet plan receive:

What do renewing customers receive?
Existing customers renewing for 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months (Smart Home Lite and above) receive:

Who will be available on-site during the promo?

Free internet weeks/months are added automatically once you qualify.

Are tickets transferable?
No. All tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the FiberOne account holder.
Are internet subscriptions purchased during the promo refundable?
No. All internet subscriptions purchased within the promo period are non-refundable.
Do promo perks have an expiry date?
Yes. All tickets and discount codes must be used within the promo period, unless otherwise stated in your email.
Can I combine this promo with other FiberOne offers?
No. Detty December Fiesta 2.0 cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.

Detty December Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Detty December Fiesta 2.0 promotional campaign (“Promo”) organized by FiberOne. By accessing or using any part of this Promo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
GENERAL TERMS
- Promo is valid from 1st December 2025 to 4th January 2026.
- Each ticket is valued at ₦75,000 per person (non-cash equivalent).
- Ticket categories include Free Entry and VIP Access.
Ticket Usage & Limitations
- Tickets grant access only to Giwa Gardens and designated recreational activities. Access to food, drinks, cabanas, paid experiences, or special gear rentals are not included.
- Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
- Free tickets must be used between 13th December 2025 and 4th January 2026.
- If a parent/guardian chooses to drop off a minor at Giwa Gardens, they are fully responsible for arranging adult supervision. FiberOne will not be held liable for unsupervised or abandoned minors.
- Customers are strongly advised not to leave minors unattended, as the event includes several child-focused and high-activity zones.
7. Eligible customers will receive a unique promo code granting access to:
o Giwa Gardens scheduling platform
o Chamuze e-shopping discount portal for groceries
8. FiberOne is not responsible for products purchased through Chamuze.
o All order fulfilment, delivery, pickup, returns, and customer service are handled solely by Chamuze
9. Registration and scheduling for Giwa Gardens visits must be completed through the official link sent via email.
Media, Feedback & Onsite Interactions
10. By participating in this Promo, you grant FiberOne the right to use your image, video content, voice recordings, testimonials, and feedback for marketing and brand amplification purposes. This includes usage across TV, digital channels, social media, and promotional materials.
11. FiberOne teams may conduct onsite engagement and feedback sessions, which may also be published on FiberOne’s platforms.
12. All FiberOne internet subscription tickets purchased during the Promo period are
non-refundable.
SPECIFIC TERMS
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in or using the Promo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. CHANGES TO TERMS
FiberOne may modify or update these Terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on the official FiberOne website, and continued participation
constitutes acceptance.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be 18 years or older or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. Parents/guardians may claim tickets on behalf of minors but assume full responsibility for
their supervision.
4. USER CONDUCT
Participants agree not to:
• Violate local or international laws
• Infringe on others’ intellectual property rights
• Harass, harm, or abuse others
• Spread malicious software or attempt security breaches
• Disrupt or misuse FiberOne’s systems or the Promo platform
5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Promo may include links to third-party sites (e.g., Chamuze, Giwa Garden). FiberOne is not liable for:
• Their content
• Their policies
• Their service quality
• Their data handling practices
6. PRIVACY
FiberOne’s Privacy Policy governs how customer information is collected and used. Participants agree that limited personal data may be shared with partner platforms strictly for Promo redemption.
7. TERMINATION
The Promo automatically expires at the end of the Promo period. FiberOne reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any participant found to be abusing the Promo or violating the Terms.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiberOne shall not be liable for:
• Losses or injuries arising from participation
• Service interruptions or platform downtime
• Third-party errors (including Giwa Gardens or Chamuze)
9. INDEMNITY
Participants agree to indemnify FiberOne and its affiliates against claims resulting from misuse of the Promo or violation of these Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any clause of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the full agreement between FiberOne and the participant regarding this Promo.
