Terms and conditions for Love Season!

 

GENERAL TERMS:

• Valid from the 5th of February, 2025 to the 21st of April, 2025.
• Each ticket is valued at the rate of N68,000 per family.

REFERRAL PROGRAM:
1. Referral program is open to all existing customers with an active subscription. Refer 1 person get 2 weeks, pay close to nothing to get 5 priority pass tickets to Giwa Garden, refer 2 persons get 1 month, pay close to nothing to get 10 priority pass tickets to Giwa Garden and Refer 3 persons get 2 months, pay close to nothing to get 15 priority pass tickets to Giwa Garden.

2. Referees must be new customers who have never subscribed to FiberOne Broadband.

3. Participants must share their unique referral code or link with potential customers.

4. A referral is deemed successful when the referred customer: signs up for an eligible plan, completes payment of the service and there’s no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make unless stated otherwise.

5. Referees will receive 2 weeks free subscription when 1 new customer is referred, 1-month free subscription when 2 customers are referred and 2 months free subscription when 3 customers are referred.

6. Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

ANNUAL FREE GIWA GARDEN PASS:

1. The tickets available only grant you priority pass to the Giwa Garden and free safety gear for each family. Other expenses such as feeding do not apply.

2. Each bearer of this free ticket cannot transfer the ticket to another person.
3. Each bearer of this free ticket cannot redeem the ticket for cash.

4. Each bearer of this ticket cannot resell the ticket to another person.

5. The free ticket is to be used between Easter April weekends (5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 26th, 27th) Summer (Every weekend in September and Every weekend in November in 2025) and December 13th 2025 to Jan 12th 2026.

6. Where the bearer of the ticket intends to do a drop-off and leave his or her ward on the premises of Giwa Gardens, he or she is to be responsible for providing for persons who will watch over the ward. FiberOne shall not assume liability for abandoned wards.

7. You are advised to ensure that your wards are not left unsupervised as there is a lot of targeted recreational activities for children.

8. Each Customer handpicked for this reward shall receive a unique promo code which will enable access to Giwa Gardens

9. Registration and scheduling are confirmed via the link in the mail which will carry the unique promo code.

10. By clicking this and participating in the FiberOne Love season campaign, you therefore have given FiberOne your consent to use your Image and videos for Brand amplification and publication.

11. There shall be onsite engagements with you from our team as a feedback session which will also the publicized on all our platforms.

12. New activation FOB tickets bought during the promo is Non-refundable.

13. Customers can pick the dates within the assigned seasonality days to visit.

14. Customers ONLY get to change scheduled days ONCE.

· Each ticket is valued at the rate of N50,000 per person.

· We have 4 tickets for customers who have made payments for 3 months subscription on any of our residential plans

· We have 8 tickets for customers who have made repeated subscriptions for 6 months consecutively.
