As part of programs put together by the management of FiberOne broadband to encourage and foster togetherness among its staff, the entire amazing team of FiberOne held its first team bonding hangout tagged – Team Bonding 1.0 on the 29th of October, 2022 in Lekki Lagos.
The event put together by the Human capital department of the company was a massive success. It was a super packed and fun filled event where members of staff engaged in colorful team bonding games and activities. Prizes and awards were doled out to winners of bonding games while the staff also treated themselves to great food, drinks and party music.
The staff happily look forward to a second edition next year.
I think the idea of a team bonding hangout is fantastic! It’s essential for staff to feel like they are part of a team and can rely on and support each other.
